Moira Allen has a Bachelor's degree in English and Sociology and a Master's degree with distinction in Bilingual Education. She has over ten years' experience in an international bilingual school system, using CLIL methodology and the International Baccalaureate (IB) program. In addition, she holds certificates in English language teaching (CELTA and YL) and has over 15 years' experience in this field. Moira also has a background in Human Resources and Training and worked in this field in both London and Dublin. She has designed and developed courses for teachers at primary, secondary and tertiary level to promote a collaborative and more inclusive educational environment. She has extensive experience in a range of teaching environments and student age profiles and is experienced in creating and developing materials for CLIL and teacher training courses as well as EFL materials for all levels. Moira currently teaches online and runs Erasmus+ teacher training courses in Spain, Ireland and Portugal, focusing on CLIL methodologies and 21st century pedagogical practices.
